Simone Biles
Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.), was considered as the best athlete in sport. Biles was the first American female gymnast to ever win four gold medals at a single Games. At Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to have won successive World All-Around championships. Biles is from Spring Texas. Her grandparents Ronald Biles (and her sister Adria) adopted them. The Biles family grew up in the Houston metropolitan area. Simone was first introduced to gymnastics by her daycare teacher Aimee Borman, when she was just six years old. She stayed at Bannon's Gymnastix for 11 years. Biles received a silver medal in vault, and a bronze medal in floor during the 2010 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. The year 2011 saw her begin competing in elite levels of the sport. Less than two years later she dominated the sport. The thing that set Biles apart was her consistency her exuberant personality as well as the level of challenge she integrated into her workout routines for every event - vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
