Harry

Harry Edward Styles is an English singer, songwriter, and musician. He was one of the members of One Direction. The son of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born February 1, 1994 in Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive, along with three of his classmates, formed a music band called White Eskimo. The group was part of the Battle of Bands where thanks to their excellent presentations they took home the trophy. Though he's been attracted to the arts, he interested in becoming an attorney or physiotherapist. In order to support the family he took some time at a bakery. Harry Styles, in 2010, auditioned to be on The X Factor. His song Is not She Lovely was recorded by Stevie Wonder. For that reason his band was forced to break up. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles to be a part of a new band called One Direction. The other members were Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. The group's creation took place in the year 2010. The five members were funded by Simon Cowell. The group sang the Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would Be Sucky Without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart in the competition, which allowed them to become the top contenders for winning the competition. They were however in third place behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles, his group as well as Cowell were not able to win the competition. However Cowell offered Harry Styles a 2 million dollar contract with Syco.
